Refund/Return Policy

All sales on e-liquids/e-juices, juice base materials, and bottles are final. If you find any of these items to be defective in some way, please contact to express your concerns and we will develop a resolution plan or contact you back in regards to the issue. Replacement may be available but is not guaranteed. 
All sales on hardware, accessories, batteries, chargers, and other non-juice "functioning" type electronic devices are considered final unless in the event of manufacturer defect or "Dead on Arrival". In this case, we will issue replacement of item, along with call tags to return the defective item. Defective items must be returned within 4 business days of receipt of call tags to qualify for the free replacement, otherwise, additional charges may be incurred. Any claims must be made within 2 days of receiving order to be accepted for exchange. Receipt of order will be determined based on the tracking information provided by the shipper. A "Delivered" notice by the shipper will serve as the date of receipt.
